What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 50 pieces per ReadyMade product, 100 pieces per CustomMade product. However, we do accept order below 50 pcs, you may contact us for enquiry.
How can I get a quotation?
Select the your product you're interested in at our product page; and contact us via Email or Whatsapp, and our crew will contact you as soon as they can.
When I can receive the products?
Production timeline will be dependent on your order; the average production timeline for our ReadyMade product is roughly 7- 10 Work Days while CustomMade product is roughly around 20 - 30 Work Days. You may contact us if you have order to be completed urgent.
Where can you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide, price is subject to location.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, we offer self-pick up at our office:

Can I change my order once the order is confirmed?
We do not encourage our clients to modify their orders once their order is confirmed as it could incur extra charges and extra project timeline. Nevertheless, we will try our best to solve your problem.
Can I provide T-shirts for you to print?
Yes. We do provide T-Shirt Printing Service (Silk Screen, Embroidery, Heat Transfer, Sublimation)
You have so many different print techniques, how do I know which one is suitable for my design?
Choosing the correct print technique is difficult and technical. We will review your artwork, material chosen, quantity order and advise accordingly.
Is your print durable?
We use quality materials; our prints and products usually can last for at least 50 washes or even longer if it is well taken cared of as indicated by our care label.
Do you provide Design service?
Yes. Logo design and corporate branding design are available.
