Brought to you by the Cross Nation team, Event Conversation is a series of Q&A’s that we have conducted with a multitude of talented people who are making huge differences in the respective industries that they work in.
“The greatest thing is we have reached our targeted fundraising amount and we received a lot of compliments from our customers.”
Good day to you, Li Iee! Let’s start with you telling our readers a little bit more about yourself.
Hi! My name is Cha Li Lee, and I’m the Event Secretary of Art of Paw. I'm a multimedia design student from De Institute of Creative Arts and Design (ICAD) of UCSI UNIVERSITY.
Alright. What keeps you motivated in organizing this fundraising project?
I get a chance to use my artistic skills to raise awareness towards the importance of animal shelter in Malaysia. It motivates me in contributing to this fundraising project.
Awesome! What is the core message of this event? and why is it so important to the society nowadays?
The core purpose of the event is to raise funds for PAWS Animal Welfare Society. It promotes the concept of “Adopt, Don’t Shop” to encourage shelter animals’ adoption. Every time an animal is adopted, a space opens up in the shelter, so when you adopt an animal, you are not only saving that animal’s life, but also opening up a space for another animal’s life to be saved.
That’s a great motive! What are the greatest things that you have experienced throughout the event?
The greatest thing is we reached our targeted fundraising amount and we received a lot of compliments from our customers.
"I think Cross Nation Apparel is quite good in printing and we are glad that they are willing to contribute to the community."
How did the service from Cross Nation Apparel help your campaign?
Thanks to the generous contribution from Cross Nation Apparel, so that we can run the campaign smoothly!
What do you think differentiates Cross Nation from the other brands that you’ve used before?
I didn't try any tote bag printing before, but I think Cross Nation Apparel is quite good in printing and we are glad that they are willing to contribute to the community.
Thank you, Li Lee! It's our pleasure.
